Education:

The education section should include information such as school and degree level (i.e. Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration). Also, include the location of the university and any honors or awards that were received (if any). Include relevant coursework that you completed related to your major at your last degree level. Since this section is displayed first, it gives the reader a sense of where you are from an academic standpoint.

Some employers will want to see previous references as well. Other employers and recruiters will want to see information about your plans for the future (i.e., graduation date, employment history etc.). Your contact information should reflect the information provided on your resume (i.e., name, phone number and email).
